OPTION 1:

For the do-it-yourselfer; we will present your aircraft on our Aircraft For Sale By Owner  page complete with your aircraft's specifications, pictures, and your contact information where buyers and lookiloo's alike can contact you direct for information. Once you sell your aircraft, we will support that sale with a basic Purchase Agreement Contract, FAA Bill of Sale Form, and the all important time and lawyer tested DELIVERY RECEIPT. The Delivery Receipt is a necessary form that helps protect you from FUTURE LIABILITY! Many aircraft owners do not realize that your exposure to Liability Issues does not end with the sale of your aircraft and you need to PROTECT YOURSELF! This form helps accomplish that.

What will be required for your potential buyer are your best contact information including telephone numbers and email if available, description information such as accurate times, aircraft overall condition, any pertinent information that you wish included and as a no cost option; nice, clear photos in which we suggest at least an exterior, interior, and panel shots and asking price. Mooneyland will also make suggestions to you where appropriate for the best presentation and exposure.

COST FOR THIS SERVICE:  $29.95 per month plus a one time $15.00 set up your page and listing fee. (To renew your ad, you must pay the subsequent months within 5 days of the new month, otherwise you will have to pay for the set up fee again). For the semi do-it-yourselfer who requires professional help on a budget, we will list your aircraft on our Aircraft For Sale By Owner  page, we will Advertise Your Aircraft at our expense on at least one major periodical such as Trade-A-Plane for up to 90 days or until the aircraft sells which ever comes first, and we will use Mooneyland as the contact for the buyer, discuss the attributes of your aircraft, answer any questions about the make and model, attempt to sell him on your aircraft at the Asking Price You Set (we will include a custom value appraisal of your aircraft based on the information you give us, and a suggested asking price based upon the current market once you sign up and pay for this service). Once we reach that point and the buyer is interested in your aircraft, we will provide that buyer to you via your contact information for you to close the deal, and we will be available to answer any questions from you and give our advice on how best to close your deal with the buyer and provide all of the support information and forms as outlined in OPTION 1 where applicable. ADDITIONALLY, we will offer YOUR BUYER as incentive all that Mooneyland offers its buyers; our technical support, dealer cost on anything major the buyer will ever want for his aircraft such as parts, avionics, paint, glass, interior, etc., review maintenance estimates and give our opinion as to what the bill should be and/or where better to have that work done in his or her area when we have recommendations from current and past aircraft owners, and also provide our resources and contacts that he or she may need to accomplish what ever they wish so far as their new purchase is concerned as well as provide the finance company referral that is used to dealing with us regularly and they work with us for special and/or creative financing. We also provide the buyer with other recommended things he needs such as insurance, etc. and even negotiate with the finance and insurance company should they have questions or complaints on the sale price or hull value of the aircraft.

Most buyers consider this a HUGE PLUS in purchasing aircraft from Mooneyland as we have saved some of our customers up to tens of thousands of dollars over the years and those who wish to upgrade avionics really benefit from our sources, prices, and ideas. THIS SERVICE HAS SET MOONEYLAND APART FROM ANY OTHER AIRCRAFT DEALER and many of our customers would not consider a purchase outside of Mooneyland because of that service. YOUR AIRCRAFT WILL RECEIVE MAXIMUM EXPOSURE including areas not normally accessible to the private seller such as participating in our DEALER NETWORK by giving heads up of a particular aircraft becoming available, and we will also handle out of the country sales, delivery options for the buyer to another country, and preparation aid for the buyer to accomplish his goal. Mooneyland will also be the major contact after the sale to answer questions and/or complaints although you the seller will have the responsibility as to the content of the information we provide based on the information we have been provided from you. Once you sell your aircraft, we will also be here for you to give advice or even a free service to help you locate your next aircraft and all that entails, so it is a win-win situation. Further, we will help the buyer and seller agree on a pre-purchase inspection location and Mooneyland will be involved in the inspection to help overcome any objections or rejections the inspector may come up with on his inspection to help insure a successful completion of sale if at all possible. Sometimes overcoming discrepancy issues is a whole new effort to sell an aircraft and is your best shot for success. Mooneyland will act to help negotiate any and all repairs necessary and differentiate from airworthy and non-airworthy items as most buyers will not purchase a non airworthy aircraft and we will do what ever it takes within our power to help insure that successful sale for you. This is the area that most successful sales fail and in our experience we have learned how to overcome most objections when negotiated properly which we will attempt to accomplish. Mooneyland also maintains a list of purchasers wanting a specific aircraft as well as those who have signed up with Mooneyland's Aircraft Location Service, (see ) and an appreciable amount of the time and aircraft will receive a deposit sometimes within hours of the listing which is why you don't see listed many aircraft we sell. We will do our best to help screen out the lookiloo's, wanna-be's and tire kickers.
